By accessing or using our AI chatbot services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other applicable laws or regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Functionality and Data Collection

Our AI chatbot provides recommendations based on restaurant data, offers images, links to relevant restaurant pages (e.g., Yelp, Instagram), and assists in calculating tips. However, the chatbot cannot place orders or make reservations.

We collect anonymized chat history for analytics and improvement of the chatbot. No personally identifiable information (e.g., IP address) is stored, and all interactions are unlinked from specific users.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Our AI chatbot relies on data provided by restaurants and online sources. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the chatbot may provide incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information. Users should verify any critical details (such as allergens, dietary restrictions, hours, or policies) directly with the restaurant.

Third-Party Information and Links

The chatbot may search for and provide information from third-party websites when internal data is not available. TablePal Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy or relevance of this third-party information.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TablePal Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the AI chatbot. This includes but is not limited to: incorrect recommendations, dietary advice, or any errors in third-party information provided by the chatbot.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the chatbot responsibly and refrain from seeking or transmitting illegal or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse, including attempting to manipulate the chatbot or using it for prohibited activities.

Changes to Terms

TablePal Inc. may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved through arbitration in California, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
